Film Delivery and Refunds:

The Flower Power Project involves the use of film. In the event that the film gets lost in the mail, Arc Woman holds no responsibility for the loss. However, if the film does not arrive within one month of sending, a refund will be provided. Clients are responsible for tracking their film during both delivery to Arc Woman and return shipment. Refunds will not be granted due to dissatisfaction with the resulting images, as the nature of film photography can yield unpredictable outcomes.

Ownership of Images:

By donating to the Flower Power Project, you agree that the images captured on the film become the property of Arc Woman. You will not own the rights to these images, and Arc Woman reserves the right to use them as it sees fit.

Photography Caution:

Clients are advised to be mindful before taking photos on the film, as the process is irreversible. Once an image is captured on film, it cannot be deleted. Please exercise care and consideration when selecting subjects for photography.

Postage, Returns, and Refunds:

Arc Woman employs the services of Australia Post, unless specified otherwise. While a tracking number will be provided for packages, Arc Woman is not responsible for any issues arising from the postal service. Returns and refunds are generally not offered, unless special circumstances are discussed and agreed upon with Arc Woman.

Privacy and Data Security:

Arc Woman utilizes a third-party website host and does not have access to your banking or credit card details. Additionally, personal details such as name and address will never be shared for any reason. Any personal information shared during consultations is considered confidential and secure with Arc Woman.

Yoni Egg Usage:

Customers are advised to use yoni eggs (if included in services) correctly and responsibly. Arc Woman is not liable for any injuries that may occur due to improper usage of yoni eggs. Customers should thoroughly check for any impurities before using yoni eggs.

By participating in the Flower Power Project and using the services provided by Arc Woman, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these additional terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from participating in the Flower Power Project or using Arc Woman's services related to it.
