Arc Woman provides Nutritional & Fertility Awareness Services aimed at offering educational guidance. These services are not medical or professional consultations but general advice designed to inform and empower.

Not a Substitute for Medical Advice

The information provided by Arc Woman does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients must consult a qualified healthcare provider before making any significant health-related decisions.

Personal Responsibility

Clients acknowledge they are solely responsible for their health and well-being. Information provided through Arc Woman’s services should be used at their own discretion and risk.

Fertility Awareness

Fertility awareness guidance is intended to educate clients on menstrual cycles and reproductive health. Fertility awareness methods are not guaranteed to prevent pregnancy, and clients are encouraged to consult medical professionals for contraception options.

Nutritional Guidance

Nutritional advice offered by Arc Woman is for general recommendations on balanced eating habits. It does not constitute personalized medical nutrition therapy. Clients with specific dietary needs or medical conditions should seek advice from a healthcare provider or registered dietitian.

Consultation Terms

Scheduling & Rescheduling

Consultations are conducted via Zoom, and you will receive an email with the meeting link upon booking.

Clients can reschedule appointments through the booking portal (Acuity) or by notifying Arc Woman via the contact form.

Rescheduling Policy: Changes to the date or time must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to reschedule within this timeframe means you must attend the originally scheduled time.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend your consultation at the scheduled time, no refunds or rebooking will be offered.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all booking details, including time, date, time zone, and email address, are entered correctly. Failure to do so may result in a missed appointment without eligibility for a refund or rebooking.

Liability Waiver

Arc Woman is not liable for any unwanted pregnancy, adverse health effects, or other consequences resulting from the use of the information provided. All information is used at the client’s own risk.

No Guarantee of Results

Arc Woman does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from using its services. Responses to nutritional and fertility guidance may vary among individuals.

Confidentiality

Arc Woman respects client confidentiality. Personal information will not be shared without explicit consent. However, clients should be mindful of the potential risks of digital communication when sharing sensitive details.

Intellectual Property

All content provided by Arc Woman, including text, graphics, images, and other materials, is protected by copyright laws. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of this content without permission is prohibited.

Film Delivery & Refunds

The Flower Power Project: Arc Woman is not responsible for film lost during delivery. A refund will be provided only if the film does not arrive within one month of sending.

Tracking numbers will be provided for all packages, but Arc Woman cannot be held liable for postal service errors.

Refunds are not granted for dissatisfaction with film images, as film photography outcomes can be unpredictable.

Yoni Egg Usage

Clients using yoni eggs are responsible for their proper use. Arc Woman is not liable for injuries caused by improper handling or use of yoni eggs. Clients must inspect the product for impurities before use.

Postage, Returns, & Refunds

Arc Woman uses Australia Post unless specified otherwise. A tracking number will be provided, but Arc Woman is not responsible for postal issues.

Returns & refunds are not offered unless special circumstances are discussed & agreed upon.

Modification of Terms

Arc Woman reserves the right to modify these terms & conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of changes, and continued use of services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
