About The Clinic

Arc Woman Clinic is a telehealth nutrition practice for women who have experienced dismissal, diagnostic delay, or the persistent sense that their symptoms are not being taken seriously. Whether the concern is a recent diagnosis, a history of unexplained symptoms, or the need for a practitioner who will engage with the full detail of your investigations and clinical history, this is a space designed to meet that need with respect and rigour.

Consultations are led by Sarah Honey, a women's health nutritionist, and grounded in current evidence alongside a thorough understanding of how your body actually works.

Initial and follow-up consultations are conducted via telehealth, making care accessible to women regardless of geography, while recognising the limitations and possibilities inherent in remote clinical practice.

The initial consultation involves a comprehensive intake that includes a detailed review of health history, current symptoms, laboratory investigations, and personal goals. This is the stage at which the clinical picture is assembled, not reduced to a checklist, but understood in its full complexity.

Follow-up consultations provide ongoing support, focusing on reviewing clinical progress, refining nutritional interventions in response to evolving symptoms and laboratory data, and ensuring care remains responsive rather than prescriptive.

Is the clinic right for you?

Arc Woman Clinic provides care to women aged sixteen and over, addressing a spectrum of health concerns, including hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis dysfunction, menstrual cycle irregularities, PCOS, perimenopausal transition, fertility-related nutritional needs, and gastrointestinal health, with the understanding that these conditions rarely exist in isolation.

Please note that we are not currently accepting new clients with the following presentations:

  • Diagnosed endometriosis
  • Adenomyosis
  • Autoimmune conditions

If you are unsure whether your presentation is a good fit, please reach out before joining the waitlist.
