My fascination with human biology began early. At eight, I was reading anatomy books, and by fourteen, stepping into my first human biology class felt like returning to something familiar.
At eighteen, I found myself in the Netherlands, nannying for a woman whose world revolved around midwives and doulas. Immersed in that environment, something shifted, I began to see women’s health differently.

Hormonal health, cycle literacy, and fertility awareness aren’t niche topics for the unwell; they’re the foundational knowledge every woman deserves. At Arc Woman, rigorous science and whole‑woman thinking aren’t opposites; they’re partners in understanding.
I earned my Bachelor of Food and Nutrition, trained in the Fertility Awareness Method with the FEMM Institute, and was mentored by naturopaths.
